About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company's social content
4. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
5. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
6. Improve continuously by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
7. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

Other requirements

1. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist

2. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text),presentation, and communication skills

3. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

4. Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO

5. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

6. Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

7. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics

8. Strong independent decision making, planning, and problem-solving skills

9. Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels

10. Hands-on experience in content management

11. Excellent copy-writing skills

12. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

13. Excellent communication skills

14. Analytical and multitasking skills

15. Degree in marketing or relevant field

16. Should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement

17. We are looking for a driven social media marketing intern to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users; the goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap
