Job Responsibilities:
Work alongside the team in building the social media presence of one of the fastest growing startups in India
Create monthly social media strategies and execute them
Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
Daily execution- uploading posts and videos
Coordination between internal and external stakeholders
Aid in the daily activities
Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
Help the team in creation of weekly and monthly content calendars
Social Media analysis
Write copies for the social media content/creatives

Job Requirements:

-Graduate/MBA in Marketing, English, Journalism, mass communication, mass media, PR, visual communication, or other relevant field from a top tier university
-Knows how to write in English, Hindi and at least one south Indian language
-Is active on social media - Instagram , Twitter
-Has good understanding of social media
-Follows social media trends
-Has to be full of ideas for social media content/reels
-Has to be ready to work in a fast paced environment
-Needs to have the right attitude to learn and unlearn
-Should be based out of Bangalore
