1. Planning and building our social media presence across multiple channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Creating social media content calendars, staying up to date with social media trends, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and generating reports to evaluate the impact and success of social media initiatives
3. Writing, editing, scheduling and uploading posts on a regular basis
4. Engaging with our users to improve conversions and engagement, while developing a good brand image
5. Collaborating with other functions like design and content teams to ensure high-quality content is generated
6. Conducting research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

1. Individuals who have 6 to 12 months of experience in social media marketing
2. Hands-on experience creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
3. Like to constantly experiment which comes from strong analytical and quantitative skills
4. Curious and creative individual with a user-centric approach that drives all marketing efforts
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate concepts
7. Hands-on experience building social media presence for B2C products
8. Curious to be on top of the latest social media trends
