Addictive Media (AM) is a quirky and unique digital design studio where we live, sleep, and bleed design. We work with brands like Dabur, Amazon, NDTV, PVR, Religare, Jindal, Times of India, Hindustan times, Karbonn Mobiles, Intex, etc. on digital projects of varied scope. We deal with various things like websites, social media, branding, or SEO. We are also among one of the few Indian companies to win the CSS Design Award for one of our initiatives called 'Art Attack'.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.
2. Choose daily content and engagement for brands on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
3. Serve as a key day-to-day community and implementation manager for brands and troubleshoot issues as they arise
4. Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes, and monitoring results; work with analytics/listening team and oversee the preparation of metrics, tracking, and activity reports as based on client reporting needs
5. Offer key insights for improving programs to enhance results
6. Brainstorm/ideate around program executions/campaigns

Other requirements
1. Experience conceptualizing, delivering, and executing programs for leading consumer brands including social media, content marketing, listening and paid social media
2. Curiosity for uncovering emerging social media platforms and/or first-mover opportunities with existing platforms
3. Manage ongoing optimization of the social strategy, playbook, community management, content creation, social promotions/contests, partnerships, and UGC to improving our delivery and enhance results
