Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
2. Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition, and rewards for participation in the company's marketing and online review building)
3. Create a regular publishing schedule
4. Promote content through social advertising
5. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers
6. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
7. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a -social- way while cultivating leads and sales
8. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
9. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
10. Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
11. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review
12. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
