Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and curate content for Fertiliya's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
2. Develop and implement a social media calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule
3. Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
4. Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
5. Engage with Fertiliya's followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
6. Monitor social media analytics and adjust social media strategy as needed
7. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
8. Collaborate with Fertiliya's team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategy
9. Measure and report performance of digital campaigns

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of social media management experience
2. Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
3. Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
4. Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
5. General knowledge of search engine optimization and internet ranking for web content
6. Hands-on experience in social media management and marketing
7. Flexible work hours and remote work options
8. Possibility of transitioning to a full-time position after completion of internship
