2. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

5. Content creation: Develop creative and engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, captions, images, and videos
6. Create captivating reels that showcase our products, services, or brand message
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall
8. marketing campaigns and strategies
9. Brand promotion: Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media platforms
10. Develop strategies to increase our social media following, engagement, and reach
11. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaborations with influencers and other brands
12. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates
13. Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, including recommendations for improvement
14. Research and trend analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform social media strategies
