Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on response management for negative/neutral/positive mentions
2. Be up to date on the latest tools and their capabilities, propose logical solutions & communicate them clearly and effectively
3. Work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with internal and external teams
4. Work on managing the ORM sheet and social media listening of all client accounts
5. Work on responding to queries of customers in comments and inboxes
6. Work on raising escalations and sorting queries on priority
7. Work on data analysis and suggestion better methods for implementation
8. Work on social media organic promotion, group seeding & content engagement
9. Work on influencer marketing
10. Work on competition and market analysis
11. Work on client interaction and present reports
