Responsibilities:
Execution of social media strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity
Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Actively look after influencer collaborations
Schedule and publish daily posts and updates
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
Stay up-to-date with latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community
Provide regular reporting on the performance and impact of social media efforts
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others
Understanding of social media metrics and analytics
Creative and ability to generate new ideas and content
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus
