We are looking for a witty and strategic social media enthusiastic person who will be involved to oversee the brand's presence on a multitude of public platforms. We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and strategizing content for certain social media channels of Minus Equals Plus and it's clients to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. These channels largely include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Executing the strategy by ensuring the timely and creative creation of content (video, still imagery, statics, animation, and others) that best utilizes the respective platform, flawless captions, timely posting, and maximum reach of content.

• Working closely with the design team to get the posts prepared.

• Finding new and exciting ways to engage audiences and staying up-to-date with new and shifting trends and social media algorithms to leverage the same for their respective platforms.

• Creating and managing a strong network of creators, influencers, industry professionals, and brands.

• Measuring and analyzing performance and making both real-time and long-term recommendations for channel optimization.

Interest in Crypto & NFTS is a major plus!
