• We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. 
• As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. 
• You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
• As a Social media Executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
• Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Your overall purpose as a social media executive will be to lead social media strategy in order to boost visibility & engagement of key accounts.
• managing and monitoring online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.
• Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
• Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, linkedin  Twitter, Pinterest  and Instagram

Roles and responsbilities

• Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
• Write engaging blog posts and articles
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
• Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
• Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research best ways to increase traffic.
• Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
• Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets.
• Good at planning and creating facebook, Instagram campaign and manage social media campaigns
• Create a regular publishing schedule Knowledge of organic ways of marketing on social media
• Experience in email marketing, search engine optimization will be an added advantage
• Manage companies social media groups, pages and handles independently.
• Building brand awareness across multiple channels
• Drive engagement on Social Media
• Manage Email, Whats-app, SMS and social media marketing campaigns
