About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
2. Create Instagram stories
3. Create high-quality video content
4. Ideate and define strategic social content unified by a cohesive voice, but tailored to the unique aspects of each platform
5. Create a content calendar for all social that enhances the broader marketing plan Instagram feed that really represents
Barkbutler and what we stand for
7. Copyright all social media captions, posts, DMs, etc.
8. Live and breathe our brand voice and style guides, and continue to develop them through content, alongside our creative team
9. Aggregate comments, questions, and concerns across all public channels
10. Track, analyze and share KPI reports with the team to optimize content performance and audience growth
11. Monitor customer service inquiries via all social channels to provide immediate support and resolution where needed
12. Work hand-in-hand with our customer service team to make sure they fully resolve issues, feedback, and questions
13. Create robust and engaging influencer strategies navigating both macro and micro trends

5. Results-driven with the ability to analyze data and deduce implications for social and engagement strategies

6. Highly motivated self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment

7. Quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, stress-tolerant, problem-solver

8. Has the desire to learn and grow - thirsty for feedback

9. Startup experience is a bonus
