Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our social media pages, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, articles, and visuals, to showcase our services and attract potential clients and candidates.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategy and enhance reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.
Support the directors in various marketing and branding projects as required.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in social media management or marketing is a plus but not required.
Must be goal-oriented and committed to delivering results.
