Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation: Generating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) related to upcoming events, behind-the-scenes, client testimonials, industry news, etc
2. Scheduling Posts: Using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) to schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement
3. Monitoring Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms, engaging with the audience, and fostering a sense of community around the brand
4. Visual Content Creation: Creating visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva, Coral Draw, and other editing tools to accompany social media posts
5. Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing social media metrics (likes, shares, etc.)to assess the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
6. Collaborations and Partnerships: Identifying potential collaboration opportunities with influencers, sponsors, or other brands for mutual promotion and organizing partnerships
7. Event Recce: Cover client interactions, venue recce, and all important moments that can be showcased later
8. Live Event Coverage: Live-posting during events, sharing real-time updates, photos, and videos to keep the audience engaged and informed about ongoing activities.
9. Community Engagement: Participating in relevant online groups, forums, or communities to network, share content, and increase the company's visibility
10. Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features to leverage them for the company's benefit
