About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Brainstorm campaign ideas
2. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
3. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
4. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, and all other aspects of service
5. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
6. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
7. Design and post on social media
8. Interact and engage with followers
9. Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
10. Assist in creating performance reports
11. Identify the target audience

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field

2. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

3. A solid understanding of Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required

4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment

5. Should have creative thinking, creative writing

6. Research and analytical skills

7. Critical thinking, communication skills

8. Professional approach towards time and deadlines

9. Presentation and organizational skills

10. Knowledge of design tools like Canvas, Figma (preferred) & other social media tools
