Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of social media content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
2. Create and curate engaging, high-quality visual and written content including posts, images, videos, and stories, that align with our brand voice and messaging
3. Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities on our social media accounts including posting, and responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
6. Participate in the creation of reports summarizing social media performance and providing insights for continuous improvement
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to contribute fresh perspectives to the team
8. Support the team in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations
9. Provide input on optimizing paid social media campaigns and assisting in budget tracking
Qualifications:
1. A degree program related to marketing, communications, public relations, or a relevant field
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
3. Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content creation tools
4. Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
