Elevator Pitch: Seeking a beauty and skin care enthusiast to manage our social media content, engagement and influencer/affiliate programmes.   

Key Responsibilities: Plan and develop a content pipeline for social media handles.

Manage influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.

Ideate with the creative team to develop and produce relevant, engaging content. 

Engage with brand community on social platforms. 

Manage social media ad campaigns and spends. 

Key Performance Indicators: 

% increase in followers 

Content Engagement

ROI on CPC / social ad campaigns

Positive feedback from affiliates / influencers 

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in social media marketing and customer engagement

Personal Care/beauty experience preferred

Keen interest in current, popular trends, memes and social discourse

Ability to solve problems and fight fire on the fly

Creativity, and design aesthetic

Excellent organisation skills

Ability to communicate confidently and successfully both internally and externally

Design and knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/video editing software
