Job Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms to support business objectives. The Social Media Marketing Specialist/Trainer will be tasked with developing and executing social media campaigns, driving traffic to the company website and other key performance metrics. The Social Media Marketing Specialist/Trainer will also be responsible for developing and delivering training on social media to internal staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•         Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to support company objectives

•         Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media

•         Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize campaigns

•         Develop and maintain relationships with influencers

•         Research and develop content ideas for social media

•         Develop and deliver training on social media to internal staff/ students

•         Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

•         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field

•         2+ years of social media marketing experience

•         Experience with web analytics tools

•         Excellent communication and organizational skills

•         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•         Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices

•         Experience with influencer marketing a plus

•         Experience with video and photo editing software a plus

•         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•         Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

•         Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
