Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance to our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and optimize them as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media into overall marketing and customer support strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media campaigns.
• Research and identify best practices for optimizing social media campaigns.
• Train and mentor team members/ students on best practices for marketing and customer support using social media.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and optimization.
• Proven experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Expertise in using metrics and analytics tools to measure and optimize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in the B2B and/or B2C industries.
• Previous training experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with HTML/CSS
• Google AdWords certification is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
