Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management
  • Creation of social media strategy for platforms including Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Planning and execution of campaigns (both organic and paid) following our event calendar
  • Developing content calendars on a monthly basis
  • Identifying the right groups to interact with on social media
        Content Management
        • Creation and compilation of content for social media platforms using keyword research and analysis, with an aim to building the brand INK
        • Work closely with our video editor to manage talk uploads and the annual editing calendar, with a clear strategy based on the current trends
        • Closely work with design team to generate and use creative content that’ll garner the most engagement on social media
        Account Management
        • Understanding conversion and performance metrics and optimizing the same to increase engagement
        • Monitoring analytics of all social media channels – maintain a monthly report of activity, numbers, using Google Analytics & Webmaster, Google Adword, or other equivalent softwares
        • Driving traffic with news & discussions, monitoring social media performance.
            Live Event Management
            • Provide support to our marketing team at live and online events through on-site social media engagement via postings, Liveblogging, Facebook live, Live tweeting etc.
            What are we looking for?
            • Passion to work with brand INK, enthusiasm for building a brand, and hunger for consuming multidisciplinary content
            • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a social media marketing role
            • In-depth working knowledge of social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin
            • Expertise in social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights etc.
            • An ability to work in a team with good communication skills
