Job Description:

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the social media presence of our brand. Here are some of the activities that will be a part of that. 

• Schedule posts across platforms
• Create engaging content to promote the content hosted on our site
• Create unique content to encourage engagement
• Engage with the posts of our partners and guests
• Start conversations with partners and guests on our channels
• Experiment with new options like YouTube or Instagram
• Identify new trends and ideas and report on these weekly
• Maintain and develop a brand voice in all communication 
• Keep host up-to-date with posts that require responses
• Own the paid social marketing efforts
• Track relevant metrics
• Proven experience in distribution.

How your success will be measured 

• The engagement rates for posts
• Success of campaign objectives
• The consistency of posting
• A growing follower count

Required skills/experience

• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools
• 5+ years experience managing a branded accounts in LinkedIn, Twitter, and at least one other platform
• Should be able to demonstrate high engagement rates and a growing audience
