Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting needs assessments and developing tailored intervention plans
2. Support social workers in providing counseling and emotional support to individuals and families
3. Collaborate with community partners to organize and facilitate workshops on various social issues
4. Conduct research and contribute to the development of evidence-based programs
5. Assist in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and impact
6. Engage in case management activities, including client assessments and referrals
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to improve our social work practices
