Fast Growing Star-up, Dealing With Commercial & Residential Society

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to communicate with Managing committee to understand tasks.
  • Able to get work done from vendors.
  • Able to listen and understand member's queries/questions and use vendors to resolve issues.
  • Able to invite quotations.
  • Able to compose letters, print and courier.
  • Able to handle society related outside work like BMC bill payment, file complaints etc.
  • Able be computer literate, check and reply to email etc.
  • Able to prepare vouchers and cheques.
  • Should have understanding of accounting portfolio.
  • Able to acts as the point of contact for any escalations from the Societies.
  • Ensures routine day to day management of society assigned related to Finance, Compliance and Administration matters are handled with diligence.
  • Able to read and talk English and Marathi/Hindi
  • Weekend working.
