1) Must have an understanding from the society, Administration/ Facility management background.
2) Should have understanding of accounting portfolios .
3) Should be well versed with society bye-laws .
4) Have experience in managing AGM'S/SGM'S.
5)Should be good in communication -oral and written with good communication skills.
6) Should be well presentable and decent personality to have interactive approach.
7)Should be confident and patient enough to handle the responsibilities given and should maintain a good relationship with all.
Daily work includes :
1) preparing daily monthly Work Reports.
2)Maintaining of files and registers
3)Coordinating with various service providers and contractors for AMC's such as security,House Keeping, Maintainence of -Lifts,Fire/DG pumps, Garden ,Intercom,Fire Alarm / Fighting equipments ,DG,AC,CCTV,Pest control etc and supervise the repair works whenever and where ever necessary.
4) Acting as the point of contact for any escalations from the societies and ensure smooth operations at Society he/she is based
5) Acting as the SPOC for operations Team for the society he/she is based
6) Ensure routine day to day management of society assigned related to finance,compliance and administration matters are handled with deligence
Candidate must be open to these requirements:
1) Should be comfortable to work 6 days a week including Sat-Sun.
2) Week off to be only on weekdays
3) Should be comfortable to be based at site office
