Soft Skill Facility Executive Responsible for complete soft services of the property in terms of monitoring housekeeping, clients, vendors, invoice, monitoring mail activities, taking facility rounds etc.
Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit
Interacting with the Housekeeping vendor.
Follow up and close the tickets logged.
Muster all the housekeeping staff of the shift before deployment and communicate the priorities of the day
Inspect the turn out and attendance of the staff and sign the shift register
Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints
Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic facility goals.
Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
Monitoring space allocations and providing efficient space use.
Monitoring moves and organizational churn rates.
Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
Monitoring occupant satisfaction.
Monitoring performance metrics.
Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
