• The role would require you to have experience of 1+ years in the domain training.
• Conduct short bursts of refresher training for the employees.
• Train the employees on Grammar, phonetics, accent.
• Monitor and give feedback on Accent &Soft Skills for employees.
• This position is responsible for conducting and leading training for employees.
• Through training programs, this position will ensure that new employee training and continuing developmental programs are conducted to enhance overall service center performance.
• Excellent language expertise in Hindi and English & training skills
• Extensive experience on language coaching especially in Grammar
