Job Brief

Bring expertise on Hybris platform and be responsible for supporting delivery teams through design and build in the capacity of a developer on Digital Commerce Design and Develop application in digital commerce space

Ensure a timely delivery by developing using the best coding practices & inhouse agile process
Ensure timely communication with project managers to ensure successful delivery and internal operational efficiency
Adherence to organizational policies with respect to conduct as a responsible team player
Mentor team members as required. Review design and code as Skills:
Atleast 2 years of Hybris commerce experience.
Excellent understanding of Java, J2EE especially Spring & Hibernate.
Good software design skills with adequate design pattern knowledge.
Understanding of Agile Methodologies and ability to excel in an Agile delivery process.
Good understanding of Databases with ability to write SQL.
Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies like Ajax, JSON, Javascript, Javascript framework eg Angular, Bootstrap, etc, will be helpful
Understanding of server side multi-threading environment, performance issues will be helpful
Familiarity with automated build and deploy tools like Jenkins will be helpful
Familiarity with source control systems like GIT will be helpful

Personal Traits

Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, such as meeting, presentation and documentation
Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment independently with team located in multiple locations utilizing all the approved communication tools will be helpful.
Team player who can collaborate with the team in project activities to ensure successful delivery

Education Qualification: UG: B.Tech / B.E. - Computers OR PG: MCA / M.Tech
