Software Developer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:-

University degree or equivalent experience in technical communication | information architecture | computer science
Information architecture skills with a customer-oriented vision
Experience writing customer-centered content for different types of users - end users, administrators, developers
Always learning
Knowledge of structured writing and markup languages (Markdown or DITA XML)
Experience with CMS or source control systems, such as RTC or GitHub
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Problem solver
Team player
Experience as an information architect or a technical writer, preferably in a software company

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise:-

Experience with working in an agile development environment
Practical experience with object-oriented programming or a good understanding of the concepts
Genuine curiosity for leading-edge technologies (AI, machine learning)
Technically savvy
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure
