Job Description (in Brief)

Reports developer understands the business requirements clearly and develops reports
using tools like Jasper reports. He / she would take up any changes required in the
reports already developed. He/she should maintain the versions properly and protect the
artefacts by checking into version controlling tools like GIT. He / she should properly log
the effort properly and communicate the work done to the reporting authority.

Key Duties Responsibilities (in Brief)

Develops new reports, resolves the issues in the existing reports, and makes
changes to the existing reports based on the requirements specified by the client
or the reporting authority
Completes the work assigned within the scheduled time
Tracks the work done and time spent
Communicates with customers upholding the companys values
Adheres to company processes and policies

Any Other Important Detail: (Key Skills)
Should be a graduate or post graduate in engineering in any discipline (computer
science preferable).
Should have 2-4 years of experience in Healthcare IT domain.
Sound knowledge in Hospital Workflows and Hospital information systems.
Sound technical knowledge.
Strong in written and oral communication skills.
Should be able to adopt to companys processes
Should be able to manage team both off shore onsite.
Must be ready for domestic and international travels at short notice.
