Description
10+ years of relevant experience including a minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT services preferably in the Telecom Sector. Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in Full-Stack technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React JS, Node JS, Postgres),AWS/MS Cloud migration, Collaboration Tools, Dev Ops and Automated Testing is essential
Able to establish standard development practices and processes. Involvement in project planning - forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
Optimize customer releases based on user experience program
Inclination to learn new technologies and keep the team updated as well
Deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.
