PROCESS
Candidate Will undergo the selection process and then recruited, And then put into a on-job training ....CANDIDATE WOULD BE TAKEN AS A FRESHER AND DESIGNATED AS SOFTWARE ENGINEER-TRAINEE AND SHALL BE TRAINED FOR 3 to 4 MONTHS TIME ON VARIOUS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES AS PER THE PROJECT REQURIMENT. AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING THE CANDIDATE WILL BE PUT ON THE PROJECTS ACCORDING TO THE SKILL SET HE OR SHE IS GOOD AT.
IN THE TRAINING PERIOD THE CANDIDATES WILL BE PAID A SALARY OF 5.50 LACS TO 6.50 LACS PER ANNUM WITH ACCOMANDATION, TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES.ON COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING CANDIDATE WILL BE PUT INTO THE PROJECT.
NOTE: THIS JOB PROCESS IS DONE THROUGH BACKDOOR PROCESS, DIRECTLY WOULD BE HANDLED BY AN HR
100 PERCENT JOB GUARANTEE AND ASSURANCE WOULD GIVEN. TWO YEARS OF ASSURANCE WOULD BE GIVEN TO THE SELECTED CANDIDATES.
