Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include developing sophisticated products that add value to the client and result in new projects and revenue streams.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Node.js application development, including express.js. 0-6 months of Node.js and JavaScript experience
2. Knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
3. Familiarity with Object Relational Mapping libraries and the ability to integrate multiple data sources into one system
4. Knowledge of asynchronous processes and their limitations
5. Understanding of Design Principles of Scalable Applications
6. Good object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns
7. Knowledge of key-value stores, caching, search, and messaging queues
