Job Description:
  • Respond to customer cases by Email/Phone. Investigate software issues, collect data ( such
  • as logs ) to be able to successfully determine the root cause of the problem.
  • Design, software development on the DocPulse platform.
  • Unit/Integration testing of software features.
  • Participate in customer demos ( local as well as remote - may involve travel )
  • As part of a fast-paced, highly competent team, a successful candidate is expected to
  • demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in taking up any tasks deemed necessary to provide
  • world-class software and support.
Desired Skills:
  • Demonstrable knowledge (as part of college projects or internships) of programming in Java
  • language and one or more web technologies ( HTML, Javascript, Angular).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable Interest and drive to understand and cloud/web applications and associated tech.
  • Quick learner, capable of troubleshooting issues by experimenting & viewing logs.
  • Excellent communication skills ( written and oral )
  • Highly driven, and takes ownership of work.
