Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you are expected to work on all technology stacks of the product – be it front-end user interface development (Web & Mobile) or back-end services development (REST web service, Message queues) or application management automation using monitoring tools or process automation using CI/CD tools.
Development activities would include understanding requirements, design discussions, coding, unit testing, code coverage, security fixes & system testing automation.
You will be given training for a couple of months on all aspects of the development process, product architecture & individual technical components.
Candidates should have the curiosity & capability to continuously learn new technology, creativity to think outside the box, problem solving skills to evaluate solutions, self-motivated & dedicated to completing committed tasks with an eye for detail to deliver quality code.
Your willingness to take up a wide range of responsibility & ensuring completeness of delivery within committed timelines is a key asset that would determine the success of the team and the product.
Effective questioning to understand requirements, constructive discussion to evaluate design options & timely communication to track & report status is required for project co-ordination. Should be a team player with a helping & motivating nature.
