Responsibility
The IT Admin will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of IT system of the company, including the daycare operations software platform. Following are the responsibilities of INAAYA daycare’s IT Admin:
· Daycare Operations Software Platform
o Operate the daycare operations software on a daily basis.
o Deep and thorough knowledge of daycare operations software platform.
o Conduct software training for the staff, management and other stakeholders.
o Produce reports through the management software daily and on need basis for management team and other departments.
o Co-ordinate with various departments to collate data and input into the management software.
o Ensure that biometric attendance monitoring system runs in smooth integration with the daycare operations software and attendance is uploaded timely.
o Daily Backup of daycare operations software data to local storage, preferably in real-time.
o Prepare invoices and collect payments.
· Reporting
o Prepare daily status through extracting from multiple reports in the operations software platform.
o Prepare IT budget on a periodic basis.
· Ensure working and installation of Antivirus, Firewall, Google suite, Microsoft Office on all employees’ systems.
· Liaison with vendors regarding support and ensure quick resolution of IT system issues.
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
· Graduate, preferably with diploma or degree in engineering or computer related field.
· Work experience of at least 3 years, preferably in education or child care sector.
· Male or female, aged 25-30 years.
· Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Word, Excel, PPT).
· Good understanding of Google suite & Google admin console.
· Knowledge of SQL database preferred.
· Fluent in English and Hindi.
· Good communication skills.
· Pleasing personality with professional attitude with genuine love for children.
· Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
INAAYA daycare, based out of DLF Phase-1, Gurgaon, offers daycare services for children from 9 months to 10 years of age. INAAYA focuses on providing a safe and caring environment for children to grow and blossom to their full potential and helps them to develop qualities of compassion, sharing and caring. The programs are designed to provide learnings and activities for a holistic development of the child. All programs are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
