Required Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
Minimum 3-6 years Development experience in Salesforce technology
Experience working with more than one team
Experience with offshore and otherwise distributed teams
Working knowledge of Rally
Background in Agile processes
Firm understanding of Salesforce communities. Previously established and supported a Customer Community
Ability to work individually and in a multidisciplinary team
Self-motivated, positive, energetic, confident, and ethical with a strong drive for results
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and knowledge transfer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on SFDC based on business needs and platform best practices
Lead APEX development and triggers, SOQL queries, system workflows, and Javascript-VisualForce custom page development
Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
Build ETL jobs and integrate with Salesforce to push the data
Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues
Develop training materials and provide training and support to SalesForce.com end users
Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
Implement improvements and build new functionality in SFDC applications
Actively build and support configuration tasks, including data cleaning and data import jobs
Responsible for maintaining high security standards for all data stored in Salesforce.com
Research SFDC integration issues and work closely with technical stakeholders to find solutions
Track Salesforce.com technologies and trends and effectively communicate relevant insights to the rest of the team
Coordinate with Product Managers on product features and timelines
Professional and continue development of team members
Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
Monitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications
