Job Description
About The Role
- Design, implementation and support of Oracle Finance (Record to Report) systems
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and collaboratively with global teams
- Must be hands-on in all PLC deliverables – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and issue resolution
- Assist the team in prioritizing, removing roadblocks and successful completion of all deliverables on time
- Collaborate across multiple IT and business functions
- Work in multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) that suit the best for the project
- Minimum 3+ years of Development/Implementation experience in Oracle Finance Technology stack; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Techno-functional knowledge of Oracle GL, FA, AR, Project Accounting in R12 or Oracle Fusion
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, Java and UNIX Scripting
- Demonstrated proficiency with OAF or ADF
- Demonstrated proficiency with cloud reporting work in OTBI, BIP, OAC
- Demonstrated proficiency with integration tools – ORDS, SOA, OIC and design patterns
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new programming languages and tools
- Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with team members
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical ability & self-motivation
- Proven experience working and partnering with business controls and Internal audit reviews
- Experience with best practice integration methods and having worked in complex integration environments using a hybrid cloud infrastructure and components of integration will include Oracle
- Ability to work with teams spread across different time zones
