Primary Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and transform it into a developing requirement for the project / product
Take initiative and stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends, techniques, and best practices, determining how to incorporate the most suitable practices in the department
Undertake business specific and research projects, with the goal of transforming healthcare
Maintain latest knowledge of existing and emerging scientific principles / theories / techniques and apply them to identify and develop innovative solutions, products and projects
Analyze requirements and use cases. Propose solutions to meet the requirements
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable components
Deliver software that are intuitive, tested, of high-quality, reusable, and maintainable
Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about business applications and/or technical software
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications

B. Tech / MCA degree
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in strong programming background - Java / J2EE, JDBC, Angular, HTML, JavaScript
Experience using HP ALM tools or similar test management suite
Experience with change management and defect tracking tools
Knowledge and working experience in cloud technologies - AWS, Docker, and Microservices
Working knowledge of SQL technologies
Knowledge in Big Data related tools like Hadoop, Spark, Python technologies
Working knowledge in code quality related tools like SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito
Readiness to learn and implement new processes and tools
Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage business relationships
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ability to create technical specification documents

Preferred Qualification

B. Tech / MCA degree with focus in Computer Science
