SAP BASIS Administrator Mandatory Skills:

• Should have experience is solution and Architecture areas.
• Should be good in User Administration.
• Should have experience in SPS; EHP; Version and Kernel upgrade
• Should have experience in ABAP patching and upgrade.
• Should have good experience in DB2 Database administration skills
• Should have hands on experience on system refresh using DB2 backup/restore method and system copies
• Should have worked with Large Global Enterprise. Extensive hands on - SAP ECC; BI/BW; BO; SOLMAN; Support / Project.
• Should have Experience in Archiving ( SARA )
  

Knowledge of SAP TDMS will be an added advantage.
Should have self-follow-up on task completion and should be able to attend customer calls independently.
Should have experienced in Handling the L3 tickets; should have good skills in troubleshooting. Good knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 managed system setup; system recommendation; DVM; ChaRM etc .
Must have experience in Windows ;Aix Operating Systems
Must have done DB upgrades; Version and fix pack upgrades
Good knowledge is required on source system connection setup from BW.
Should able to Prepare plan and executes upgrades and should able to handle Infra activities Should be good in written and verbal Communications;
Good working knowledge in SPAM; SUM (Software Update Manager); SWPM etc for different implementation scenarios.
Should have good knowledge in EP portal administration and monitoring and SSO configuration.. Should be able to take up challenges on his own without any external help; should be able to handle and lead a team with expertise and guidance.
Extensive knowledge on the usage of maintenance optimizer/planner
