The Office365 Administrator and Lead will be responsible for managing day to day operations. He/She would also be responsible for front-ending and leading the team.

Technical Skills

Installing, monitoring and managing the AD design and Migration efforts
Good understanding of O365 technology
Excellent hands on experience in both On-premise AD and Azure AD
Experience in Exchange Online, Skype for Business, One Drive, SharePoint Online
Hands on experience in configuring, fine tuning Exchange Online Protection including DMARC, SKIM, Transport rules etc.
Quota management of user Mail boxes & at database level
Tracking mails for various issues and reports as per management need
Understanding internal, external mail flow and Troubleshooting Mail routing issues
Understanding of Security and compliance including that of GDPR
Monitoring and analyzing server performance, Enabling Performance for analysis
Good hands on experience in Various Disaster Recovery Scenarios
Troubleshooting information worker issues
Experience in troubleshooting O365 issues
Analysing the root cause and providing perfect solution of critical problems
Good hands on fine tuning the exchange configurations and fixing the performance issues
Experience on all O365 related administrative tasks and modify all settings as and when required
Experience on how to create, configure, and manage voice-related settings and policies

Business Analysis

Understand existing client environment completely
Analyze current business requirements
Identify new areas on an ongoing basis and suggest accordingly

Operational

Major task includes supporting the Exchange server 2010 and also the messaging enhancement technologies as Blackberry, and Microsoft Live communication server
Handling end to end operations of Exchange Servers
Involved in Change management Process documentation
Managing AD accounts, Groups, DLs, User Mailboxes & Contacts
Major tasks included implementation and administration of Windows Networking, AD & Exchange environments
Product Specialist for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
Experience on deployment, including user and server information, in order to monitor deployment health
Should have knowledge on managing the Persistent Chat feature and specific Persistent Chat rooms
