Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer

Experience : 3-6 years

Job Location: Pune, India

The key aspects of this role:

Analyzing business requirements, communicating directly with customer POC and stakeholders for clarification and confirmation on requirements, business validations, exceptions and routing scenarios.
Preparing UI mock ups and workflow diagrams using popular diagram tools
Design and developing SQL Server databases/tables and Stored Procedures
Develop smart objects
Views and K2 Smart Forms Designing
Workflow designing using K2 workflow designer
Writing Unit Test Cases and Unit testing the workflows
Documenting the workflow, business validations and exceptions handled by the workflow for future reference.
Understand and use K2 workflow deployment process
Troubleshoot existing business workflows

To be the right fit, you'll need:

To be skilled in the design, development and troubleshooting of complex workflows and SmartForms objects.
To have familiarity and application of K2 best practices for SmartForms and workflow design
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Adaptability to change
Knowledge of processes & best practices within the team & industry
High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi-product/service environment
