Job Summary

5+ years in commercial software development.

Programming experience in Java technologies including core Java libraries and J2EE

Experience in Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes & AWS technologies

Experience in XML and related technologies

Experience in installing and configuring versioning systems and setting up build systems desirable

Experience with Agile methodologies and with JIRA

Job Description

Technical Skills & Abilities:

Position requires good skills in Java and related technologies (J2SE, J2EE).

Experience with Kafka, AWS services, Docker and Kubeneters.

Good Knowledge of frameworks like Hibernate, Struts, Spring.

Knowledge in versioning systems (such as Git),build tools (such as Maven, Jenkins)

Good understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, UML modeling, Agile, RDBMS and quality management.

Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, show initiative and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player and must work well as part of geographically diverse teams.
