About the internship

Internship at Securience is an intense 4 month program where you will be

1. Initial trained on product development practices, security and IAM domain

2. Product feature implementation

Post the internship you will be eligible for a full-time job at Securience. The Securience management will assess if you are a good match for the company during your internship.

Compensation

INR 20,000/- per month during the internship.

If after the internship, based on management discretion and your performance during the internship, you are onboarded as a full-time employee, the CTC will be INR 4,00,000/- per annum.

Internship Criteria

A successful intern at Securience would be:

· team player, always ready to help other colleagues

· from a background in computer science or STEM degree

· has worked on 1 or more web application projects

· has excellent programming skills. Java and Java EE skills preferred

· able to challenge themselves and work outside of their comfort zone when necessary

· good communication skills and should be able to work as part of a wider team

· willing to work hard, but have fun along the way

We build products to complement and enhance the Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM),Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management workspace. From years of experience in the field, Securience is well placed to understand customer pain points and build products to solve those challenges. Our main objective is to help our clients overcome business challenges in IT Security. We work to understand their requirements, investigate and design solutions fit for purpose, and then deploy those solutions from the technical implementation to the rollout across the business, often globally.

We provide trusted consulting services to major organisations, so you will be getting a wide range of interaction across different business types, work cultures and technologies. Each client is different, and operates differently, so projects need to adapt to different ways of working. Projects can last anything from a week to several years, and working locations are often spread across client sites and our offices so there is always a good variety

Successful consulting is about delivering quality and reliable services to our clients, and being a subject matter expert in our security domain. On our graduate programme you will work closely with our experienced consultants and alongside our client base.
