Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands on Senior Technologist to lead strong technical team(s) and deliver business solutions.
- Exemplary role model and mentor for the team providing right technical guidance, design and architecture.
- Passionate coder who is not embarrassed to put his code in public domain and raise the bar for the team to write quality code.
- Well rounded and social person who can work closely with senior business leaders and discuss business solutions in simple language.
- Live wire on the floor who bring energy in the group, connect people, ideas and teams.
- Exposure in building large enterprise applications beyond exposing REST endpoints on database.

Essential Skills:
- Passion for building scalable, global, complex systems to solve problems with proven ability to deliver high quality software.
- Good technical breadth in areas J2EE, Spring, ORM, Kafka, Elastic Search, Distributed Cache, Mongo DB etc.
- Experience with building Cloud native applications based on 12 factor methodology
- Experience with managing application on Cloud platforms such as PCF or containers like Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, caching, multithreading, messaging and asynchronous communication
- Building enterprise applications that highly available and highly performant.
- Strong Hands on Java, J2EE development experience
- Good exposure to UI Frameworks like Angular
- Proficiency in SQL and Database development.
Desirable Qualifications
- BS, MCA, or MS
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Experience or knowledge of Reference Data as it relates to an Investment Bank would be an advantage
