Essential:

Experience in Client and stakeholder management
Experience in managing teams of 20+ members
Experience defining RESTful APIs and building RESTful Web Services
Experience building mission-critical applications based on Micro services Architecture
Experience working with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
Practical experience with NoSQL database technologies; preferably Apache Cassandra
Hands on experience with one of the public clouds: AWS, Google or Azure
Understanding of DevOps principles, tools and the intersection with cloud architecture
Deep or moderate and rapidly growing experience with cloud architectures: security, availability, micro services, consumption based billing, designs for scalability
Support and transfer cloud engineering expertise to developers

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working on high throughput mission critical high performance STP platforms
Full stack development across all three tiers GUI, Java and DB(oracle)
Experience using CI tools like Jenkins or similar
Prior experience in the financial industry
