1. Creating web applications using Python
2. Implementing web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
3. Building report interfaces and data feeds

1. Must have recently graduated or been currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree
2. Must have demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internships, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
3. Must have high levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
