Professional experience:

• Analytical thinking Able to understand the customer's point of view and suggest appropriate solutions. 
• Excellent written & spoken English - Should be able to support customers
• through live-chat. Write concise and effective emails. Phone support to customers based in US/UK.
• Experience in SQL Professional experience in writing SQL queries & functions.
• Comfortable working with large data sets.
• Excel & Google Sheets Should be able to use advanced Excel or Google Sheets formulas.
• Good typing speed Reasonable typing speed to communicate with multiple
• customers.

Job role & responsibilities:

• Suggest new features by understanding customer needs.
• Able to support customers based in US, Europe & Canada.
• Rotational shift - 3-month day shift followed by 3-month night shift.
• A person with integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Expected to communicate frequently with team members and manager.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple customer requests at same time.

Specifications:

• One to Three years experience. Freshers can apply.
• B.E / BCA / B.Sc. (CS) graduates with data analysis and spreadsheet skills.
• Compensation based on experience and skillset.
• For immediate full-time hire based in Bangalore.
