In this context, we are looking for QA Leader to provide overall QA Leadership across our software organization.
The QA Leader must have a strong understanding of software organizations across functions (Product marketing, Development, Support, Sales & Customer Success) and demonstrated expertise in deploying consistent quality processes and tools across multiple software teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Quality processes
- Build and continuously enrich the QMS – Quality Management System
- Ensure implementation and adoption of end to end processes and tools by the teams
- Monitor QA performance define quality metrics and effectively engage with the teams to set and drive quality goals and drive continuous improvement
- Support software teams give guidance to project teams with neutral position and support them on the quality methodology ( RCA, 8D .. )
- Support the customer success teams in solving the important customer challenges
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate to Project Reviews and escalate issues not solved at team level
- Develop collaboration behavior across teams

- Ability to create strong relationship with peers and leadership across functions
- Ability to influence and convince and drive change management
- Ability to work independently in an environment of constant change and significant ambiguity
- Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings (verbal and written communication)
- Familiarity with dev tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins and other continuous integration tools in a production environment will be an advantage
- Bachelors degree – Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
- 8 or more years of QA Leader for Software Products in an Agile environment exposed to SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle),DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation
- Work with geographically distributed teams
