Join our team and help our Customers achieve their key performance indicator goals by putting the right data in their hands to help us drive optimizations of their applications to ensure we meet their goals. https//www.nuance.com/omni-channel-customer-engagement/digital/proactive-notifications.html Duties and Responsibilities The position requires experience in making simple user interfaces out of complex problems that will allow our customers to quickly understand and utilize our platform for the best possible business outcome. Your main responsibilities will be (however will not be limited to) Participate in the evolution of our next generation Proactive Engagement SaaS platforms reporting capabilities with a primary focus on supporting our existing reporting ecosystem based on Oracle. You will also be a critical member of a team responsible for migrating away from our existing Oracle backend and moving to a more scalable/distributed system based on the Hadoop ecosystem Ability to work with internal and external users to ensure we are meeting their requirements in the cleanest/easiest way possible Self-motivated, creative thinking, problem solver at your core Produce deliverables on-time with high quality Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Operations, and Support as needed to ensure smooth and supportable rollouts to production environments Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.
