Software Support Executive
•On boarding of the doctors, training of staff and implementation of the solution at the desired clinic of the Doctor.
•Communicate to the Client on the newest products and improved features.
•Resolving issues and queries of the existing doctors of the organization by providing after sales services.
•Provide product support to client via the telephone and/or Internet and personally meet.
•Maintain a log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff
•Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
•Communicate with product development department to improve on the current design or to identify possible problems with the design
•Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered.
•Prospecting potential users from a niche market and demonstrating the product and converting them into for the organization.
